Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of land and residential development projects, including site planning, civil development, and entitlement processes.
- Review and approve development plans, ensuring they align with project goals and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Oversee project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as necessary to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government officials, to facilitate smooth project progress.
- Monitor project performance, providing regular reports to senior management on project status, issues, and outcomes.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to health and safety standards, promoting a culture of safety within the project team.
- Continually enhance knowledge of land use and zoning regulations, entitlement processes, and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land and residential development project management, preferably within the Accounting + Finance industry.
- Proven track record of delivering safe, high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of land use and zoning regulations, entitlement processes, and civil development principles.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technology.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
