Land & Right of Way - Due Diligence Agent II

We are seeking a Land & Right of Way - Due Diligence Agent II for our Fortune 100 mid-stream oil and gas client.

This position is onsite and has the potential to go full-time/direct with the client.

• Responsible for performing tasks and due diligence associated with understanding and interpreting easements and the diverse provisions that are in newer easements.
• Ability to review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys, and plats
• Some database experience
• Some title experience (at a minimum, the individual must have a basic understanding of title)
• Some experience with GIS (e.g. Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.) is helpful

• MUST have midstream / gathering system experience
• Must have attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently or with a team
