What you will be doing:- Conduct boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, right-of-way, and construction layout surveys.
- Research property records, deeds, plats, and other legal documents to determine land boundaries.
- Prepare and certify plats, maps, legal descriptions, and other survey documents.
- Operate and oversee the use of GPS, robotic total stations, and data collectors.
- Manage and mentor survey field crews and CAD technicians.
What you will need:- Experience as a Land Surveyoe or Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor.
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive land surveying experience.
- Proficiency in Carlson, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and survey processing software.
