We are seeking a dedicated Instrument Operator (Land Surveyor) to join a well-established civil engineering and land surveying consulting firm in Herndon, VA. The firm has been operating successfully for over 34 years, with a primary focus on land development projects for both residential and commercial purposes. This role is integral to the success of the company"s surveying team and offers significant opportunities for growth and advancement.

Work Environment
The work environment is a family-oriented, open office setting that fosters collaboration. The team consists of two field crews, one survey CAD technician, and one survey director. There is an open-door policy to ensure quick assistance and communication. The typical work week is Monday through Friday, 6am to 3pm. Pay and Benefits
