Responsibilities include:
- Conducting boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, right-of-way, and construction surveys
- Researching property records and legal documents to determine boundaries
- Preparing and certifying survey documents like plats and legal descriptions
- Operating GPS, robotic total stations, and data collection equipment
- Managing and mentoring survey field crews and CAD technicians
Requirements:
- Experience as a Land Surveyor or licensed Professional Land Surveyor
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of land surveying experience
- Proficiency in Carlson, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and survey software
