We are seeking a motivated Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role is ideal for a surveyor interested not only in producing high-quality survey work, but also in pursuing a management and future ownership track within a growing firm.

In this leadership-focused position, you will oversee survey operations, manage daily workflows, and collaborate closely with engineers, project stakeholders, and community partners to deliver accurate and impactful results.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and coordinate land survey projects using traditional surveying methods and advanced technologies, including drones
  • Prepare survey maps, drawings, and reports using AutoCAD and Carlson Survey software
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Interpret and analyze survey data to produce legal property descriptions and accurate mapping
  • Ensure all surveying activities comply with state, federal, and local regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of survey data, equipment usage, and project milestones
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, providing clear communication and support throughout each project
What You Bring
  • Active Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license in the state of Arizona
  • Hands-on experience with boundary surveys, topographic surveys, property mapping, and construction staking
  • Strong knowledge of land and property laws and regulations
  • Experience using total station survey equipment
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Carlson Survey software (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both team members and stakeholders
