Job Description
Our client is seeking a Land Use Attorney with 4-7 years' experience in general real estate and/or general business experience including assistance in:
- Preparing Briefs
- Drafting permitting documents
- Preperation of financial documents is a plus
- Reviewing / drafting real estate secured contracts and title reports
- Real estate transaction work
Minimum 1500 Billable hours expected (125 per month) No book of business required.
This firm can assist with the full range of land use entitlement work from obtaining and defending controversial land use approvals, to defending Oregon's land use system against impermissible uses and policy changes.
This firm has extensive experience in cases dealing with questions of federal statutory and constituional law. Along with the intersection of federal statutory laws including Free Speech, the Takings Clause, Religious Land Use and the Institutionalized Persons Act, the Fair Housing Act and conflicts between federal, state and local regulation of protected species.
Pay is commensurate on experience.
