This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact transactions alongside a well-established group serving a diverse client base.What You'll Do Draft and negotiate a broad range of real estate and development documents, including: Purchase and Sale Agreements (land and lot)Loan documentsCovenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs)Easements and development agreementsConstruction contracts and cost-sharing agreementsPartner with clients to support commercial and residential development projects across the CarolinasCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team across multiple officesWhat We're Looking For At least 7 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on land use and developmentStrong drafting and negotiation skills across complex transactional mattersA proactive, client‑focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projectsWhy MGC The MGC Real Estate Group is a trusted partner to commercial and residential clients, known for delivering practical, business-minded legal solutions.
