Land Use & Zoning Attorney

HumanHire is partnered with an elite mid-sized Law Firm to find a Land Use & Zoning Attorney to join their growing team in NYC. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated land use, zoning, and real estate matters.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on zoning, land use, and development matters.
• Conduct zoning research, due diligence, and property analysis.
• Assist with land use applications, approvals, and regulatory processes.
• Interpret zoning regulations and advise clients on development opportunities.
• Work closely with developers, property owners, and other stakeholders on complex projects.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Land Use & Zoning experience
• Experience in private practice and/or government preferred
• Strong knowledge of New York City Zoning and Land Use regulations
• Experience with zoning analysis and due diligence preferred
