This is a full time position that will focus on maintenance of aviation landing gear components in accordance with CMM instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Major and minor inspection and assembly of landing gear components, assemblies and sub-assemblies, assisted as required.
- Ensure all required inspection and assembly tasks are completed in compliance with federal regulations, customer guidelines, and company policies.
- Adhere to predetermined shelf life procedures.
- Comply with hazardous material disposal procedures.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum four years of inspection and assembly experience on landing gears.
- High school diploma required, technical/trade school preferred
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints and other pertinent documents used for inspection and assembly of landing gear (i.e. mfg. specifications, quality documentation etc.).
- Ability to communicate with all levels.
- Must be able to work with precision tools and large mechanical equipment.
