Analyze, interpret and prepare contracts and leases. Examine and cure drilling and division order title opinion requirements. Supervise lease brokers, manage prospect expenditures and calculate working and net revenue interests. Negotiate and prepare joint operating agreements, participation agreements, farmin/farmouts agreements, purchase and sale agreements, pooling agreements and associated support agreements. Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5+ years of experience as a Landman with responsibilities as described. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills - both oral and written. Must be able to handle multiple projects and obtain results in a performance-driven, team oriented environment. Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
