Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing for residential and/or commercial properties
• Install and maintain landscape beds, including mulching, planting, and weeding
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as directed
• Perform seasonal cleanup services including leaf removal and debris hauling
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times
• Communicate effectively with crew leaders and clients to ensure quality results

Requirements:

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance preferred
• Ability to operate commercial lawn and landscape equipment safely
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform manual labor
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
• Valid driver's license preferred; ability to tow trailers a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
