Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Landscape Architect for our client in the Columbus, OH area.
Duties:
- Working on design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans.
- May also conduct code research, write specifications, and coordinate permitting.
- Site/civil development including grading design.
- Prepare Landscape and Hardscape Plans from concept development through construction documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
- 0+ years of relevant experience in landscape architecture; relevant internship(s) preferred.
- Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills.
- Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, Lumion, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView, AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft office is preferred.
