OVERVIEW
Merrick & Company is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect with 7 years of experience in Land Development Planning and Landscape Architecture for a position in our Charlotte, NC office. Typical salary range for this position is $73,000.00 - $92,000.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
WHAT YOULL DO
The position will be a part of our growing Landscape Architecture and Land Planning Team and will work on a variety of both private and public land development projects. Recent experience in residential Land Planning is highly favored. Project types will include residential, institutional, commercial, and recreational. This position will collaborate with other design disciplines as well as work within team settings on various project-related tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors Degree in landscape architecture, land planning, or related discipline from an ASLA-accredited school • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Landscape Architecture and Land Planning • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited school • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, Land FX, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Modeling, and Rendering Software • Local candidates • Strong portfolio is preferred
