Landscape Architect

What You Will Do:

• Lead design phases from initial concept sketches through final construction documents.
• Analyze site data including environmental factors, zoning laws, and soil conditions.
• Draft detailed plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Select materials including appropriate native plants, hardscapes, and lighting elements.
• Present concepts clearly to clients, municipal boards, and internal stakeholders.
• Inspect active sites to ensure construction matches the approved design intent.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in a design firm setting.
• Licensure: PLA (Professional Landscape Architect) license or track is preferred but not required.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of AutoCAD, Land F/X, and 3D modeling software.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, time management, and team collaboration.
