Our landscape architecture team is growing! Our project portfolio includes the new Delaware River Trail on the east side of Philadelphia, many public parks throughout the city and region, green stormwater projects throughout Philadelphia, the Camden County LINK trail, and many other exciting public projects within the region.
Responsibilities:We are seeking a Landscape Architect and Project Manager with 5-8 years of experience to join our landscape architecture team in the Philadelphia office. The candidate must have project management experience through all project phases ranging from master planning and conceptual design through construction documentation and administration. In addition, the ideal candidate should have some experience with construction administration. The candidate must have the ability to provide solid technical expertise and advice, develop details, lead design efforts, perform redline reviews of design drawings at all stages of design, and mentor younger staff. The candidate must also have experience with technical specifications and providing input on construction budget estimates. The ideal candidate will also be fluent in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite programs, and Rhino, and will need to assist with document production.
This position will report to the Philadelphia studio’s Principal Landscape Architect and will collaborate with landscape architecture, engineering, and planning staff.
The position will focus mainly on the design of public and higher education spaces, including parks, campus design, trails, and green stormwater infrastructure. The ideal candidate should also have an interest and willingness to assist the team in pursuing projects, responding to Requests for Proposals, and business development activities.
