Job Description:
Greetings from Aspen Talent Solutions. Calling all Landscape Architects looking to join a rapidly growing and successful firm. Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced landscape architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field, and at least 10-years of experience in the field. The candidate will work directly with our senior leadership to plan, design, and manage wide-reaching projects.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects from design to build while being able to fully design projects including amenity areas and front entrances
- Design to specific codes in Florida, Texas, Oklahoma and other states in the US
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, builders, and other professionals to complete large-scale projects
- Manage subcontractors, budgets and timelines
- Responsible for some business development directly with clients
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in landscape architecture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in the field
- Strong design and drafting skills
- Knowledge of real estate developments and large-scale amenities
- Graphic design experience with CAD software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage a consultant team
- Availability to travel as needed
