We are seeking a talented and creative Landscape Architect to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing attractive, functional, and environmentally sustainable outdoor spaces, collaborating closely with our project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed landscape designs, plans, and 3D models in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct site analysis, including assessment of existing flora, topography, and infrastructure.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare proposals, including concept designs, cost estimates, and project timelines.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Provide guidance on the selection of materials, plants, and other elements for landscaping projects.<\/span>

      Requirements<\/h3>
      Qualifications:<\/b>

      • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Professional licensure as a Landscape Architect is required.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design and project management.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Strong knowledge of horticulture, environmental design, and urban planning.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
