We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join a growing team in Winston-Salem, NC. In this role, you'll be responsible for the planning, design, and production of site plans and construction documents for a wide variety of projects, including commercial developments, parks, urban spaces, healthcare facilities, senior living communities, higher education campuses, and residential developments. Responsibilities
Develop landscape architecture designs from concept through construction documentation.
Prepare site plans, grading plans, planting plans, and construction details.
Produce high-quality construction documents for a variety of project types.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, planners, and other project team members.
Analyze and apply municipal, county, and state zoning and design regulations.
Participate in project meetings and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
Contribute creative design solutions that meet client goals and project requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
Minimum of 4 years of professional landscape architecture experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Land F/X, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Strong graphic presentation skills using both hand sketching and digital design tools.
Experience producing site and amenity construction documents.
Knowledge of site grading and drainage design.
Experience detailing landscape and amenity features.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
Knowledge of municipal, county, and state zoning and design codes.
