We’re looking for an experienced leader who enjoys being in the field, guiding a crew, and setting the tone for quality, efficiency, and morale.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and managing a crew on landscape construction projects
Reading plans and coordinating daily tasks
Training and mentoring crew members
Ensuring job quality, safety, and efficiency
Communicating clearly with management and team members
Ideal candidate:
Has landscape construction experience
Is confident leading people (without ego)
