Landscape Construction Foreman / Installer

We’re hiring an experienced landscape construction professional who can produce, think, and move a job forward. If you’ve only done maintenance, this isn’t for you. We do not mow and blow!

What This Role Actually Is

You’ll be working on:

• Hardscape installs (patios, walls, steps)
• Drainage systems and grading
• Site work and prep
• Equipment operation (mini excavator, skid steer, compaction)

This is production work. We run efficient crews and expect a steady pace.

What We’re Looking For

Foreman Level:

• Can run a job start to finish
• Reads plans, sets layout, keeps crew moving
• Comfortable managing 2–4 guys
• Knows how to keep jobs on schedule and clean
• Comfortable making on the fly decisions

Installer Level:

• Solid install experience (hardscape, grading, drainage)
• Can run equipment and work without constant direction
• Wants to step up and earn more

Requirements

• 3+ years in landscape construction (not maintenance)
• Experience with:
• • Hardscapes
  • Base prep and compaction
  • Equipment operation
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid hydraulic license
• Shows up ready to work and keeps pace

We actively pursue higher-paying State and Federal prevailing wage work; $2800 week potential
