Landscape Construction Foreman

Green View is hiring a Foreman to lead a small crew (2-3 people) building patios, walls, and outdoor spaces hands-on every day. What youll do:

Lead and coordinate a small landscape crew Plan out construction projects Make sure all work hardscapes, plantings, install meets quality standards Keep the crew safe and following company/safety rules Track materials used and hours worked Do hands-on work: paver and stonework, grading, retaining walls, planting Help with snow and ice removal in winter Handle planting, pruning, mulching, and garden feature installs Drive and operate landscape equipment and vehicles

What you need:

3-5 years in landscape construction Strong knowledge of construction techniques and best practices Good communication and organizational skills Able to lead and motivate a crew, work well under pressure and deadlines Blueprint reading a plus Able to lift 50-75 lbs regularly Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, clean driving record (Class C preferred)
