Landscape Construction Laborer
Job Description
The Landscape Construction Laborer supports the crew by performing hands-on landscape construction work. This position works under the direction of Crew Leaders and Project Managers to complete commercial landscaping projects safely, efficiently, and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial landscape construction and general labor tasks
- Follow directions from Crew Leaders and Project Managers
- Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and correctly
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
- Communicate clearly with crew members to support teamwork and safety
- Take care of all tools, equipment, materials, and uniforms
- Attend required training classes or certifications as instructed
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in landscape construction or general labor preferred
- Hardworking, dependable, and reliable
- Driver licensed preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic with a "can-do," no-excuses attitude
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Willing to learn and grow in the landscaping field
- Honest, trustworthy, and service-oriented
- Physically able to lift, bend, and perform manual labor safely
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
