Landscape Construction Production Manager

Full-Time | Salaried | Based in Union, NJ

Castle Point Landscape is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to join our leadership team and take the reins of our field operations. If you're a proactive, organized, and mechanically inclined professional with a passion for the green industry and a drive to lead, this is your opportunity to make a big impact.

What You'll Do

You’ll be the crucial link between our estimators, clients, and field teams—owning the day-to-day coordination of our maintenance and construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating field teams with clarity and purpose
• Managing project handoffs and pushing them through to on-time, on-budget completion
• Ordering materials, coordinating schedules, and ensuring quality standards are met
• Addressing equipment needs, coordinating repairs, and overseeing fleet maintenance
• Communicating with clients, setting expectations, and identifying upsell opportunities
• Handling change orders, warranty work, and resolving issues before they become problems

✅ What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in the landscaping or green industry
• Working knowledge of LMN or similar industry software
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• The ability to read and interpret landscape and construction plans
• Familiarity with New Jersey plant materials and seasonal requirements
• Mechanically inclined with confidence managing equipment and repairs
• A hands-on approach and the respect of your crew—you're someone they’ll follow
