• Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader / Driver to lead a crew of 2–5 employees.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong landscaping knowledge and the ability to operate a variety of landscaping equipment.
  • This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work professionally with customers and team members.
  • The Crew Leader will ensure landscaping projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to job specifications.

• Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a 2–5 person landscaping crew, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including 60"–72" riding mowers, walk-behind mowers, chainsaws, pruning equipment, and other small equipment.
  • Read and interpret landscape designs, maps, and blueprints and ensure projects are completed according to specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Complete daily paperwork, including tracking crew hours, equipment usage, and job-site information.

• Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of landscaping experience required.
  • Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and identification of plant materials.
  • Ability to operate a variety of landscaping and maintenance equipment.
  • Ability to read landscape designs, maps, and blueprints.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, and work well with others.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within scheduled job-site hours.
  • Must be available to work a 5-day schedule, with occasional Saturdays due to inclement weather or scheduling needs.
  • Must have a drivers license and good driving history, pass a background check and drug test
