Landscape Crew Lead

TerraVita Landscape & Gardening is building a structured, high-performing field team—and we’re hiring a Crew Lead to help lead it.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a 2–3 person crew on landscape install projects
- Set daily plan, pace, and quality standards
- Perform and oversee:
- Planting, grading, and site prep
- Mulch, rock, and soil installs
- Basic hardscape support
- Keep jobs organized, efficient, and professional

What You Need
- 3+ years landscape installation experience
