Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities

•  Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing. 
•  Assist with landscape maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and landscape installation projects. 
•  Install mulch, plants, shrubs, trees, and decorative landscape materials. 
•  Assist with irrigation repairs and installations as needed. 
•  Operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment safely and efficiently. 
•  Maintain clean and professional job sites. 
•  Work collaboratively with crew leaders and other team members. 
•  Represent Quality Lawn Care professionally while interacting with customers. 
•  Follow all company safety policies and procedures. 
•  Perform additional duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

•  Previous lawn care, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required. 
•  Valid Driver's License preferred. 
•  Reliable transportation to and from work. 
•  Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. 
•  Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 
•  Ability to work well in a team environment. 
•  Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. 

Physical Requirements

•  Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, lift, push, pull, and perform physical labor throughout the workday. 
•  Ability to regularly lift equipment, materials, and landscaping supplies. 
•  Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. 
•  Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
