NOW HIRING – FULL-TIME LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBER / DRIVER

Smart Choice Landscape is looking for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Landscape Crew Member / Driver to join our team in South Florida.


This is a full-time, hands-on position. The employee will drive a company landscape truck and trailer to job sites and work alongside the crew performing daily landscape maintenance.


Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience


Responsibilities

• Safely drive company landscape trucks and trailers to and from job sites.
  
  
• Confidently back up, park, hook, and unhook a landscape trailer.
  
  
• Work alongside the crew performing mowing, edging, blowing, trimming, planting, and other landscape services.
  
  
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload landscaping equipment and materials.
  
  
• Inspect trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment daily.
  
  
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
  
  
• Work efficiently as part of a landscape crew.
  
  
• Maintain a professional attitude while working at customer properties.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid Florida driver's license.
  
  
• Acceptable driving record.
  
  
• Previous professional landscaping experience required.
  
  
• Experience driving a truck with a landscape trailer required.
  
  
• Must be comfortable backing, parking, and maneuvering a truck and trailer.
  
  
• Experience using commercial landscaping equipment.
  
  
• Must be comfortable performing physical outdoor work in South Florida weather.
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
  
  
• English and/or Spanish communication skills.
  
  
• Strong work ethic and hands-on attitude.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
