Quality Lawn Care - Albuquerque, NMPay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities- Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
- Assist with landscape maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and landscape installation projects.
- Install mulch, plants, shrubs, trees, and decorative landscape materials.
- Assist with irrigation repairs and installations as needed.
- Operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain clean and professional job sites.
- Work collaboratively with crew leaders and other team members.
- Represent Quality Lawn Care professionally while interacting with customers.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Previous lawn care, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Veterans and transitioning service members are strongly encouraged to apply; relevant military experience and transferable skills are welcomed.
Physical Requirements- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, lift, push, pull, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
- Ability to regularly lift equipment, materials, and landscaping supplies.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
