The Cutting Edge Landscaping is a growing landscaping company based in Sparta, NJ. We provide lawn maintenance, landscape installation, and planting services for residential and commercial clients. We take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a strong, team-oriented environment.
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable individuals to join our team as Landscape Crew Members. This role includes a variety of outdoor landscaping and maintenance tasks and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a crew.
What You Will Be Doing
- Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Assisting with landscape installation and planting projects
- Performing mulching, cleanups, and general outdoor labor
- Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Supporting job site organization and cleanup
- Working with a team to complete daily assignments
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Additional hours available during peak season
- Year-round work may be available based on workload
Pay & Benefits
- $18/hour (entry-level)
- Up to $23/hour (based on experience)

Requirements
- Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting, walking, standing, and performing outdoor physical work throughout the shift
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable and able to consistently report to a 7:30 AM start time
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience is helpful, but not required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
