Position Overview
We are seeking reliable individuals to join our team as Landscape Crew Members. This role includes a variety of outdoor landscaping and maintenance tasks and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a crew.


What You Will Be Doing

•  Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns 
•  Assisting with landscape installation and planting projects 
•  Performing mulching, cleanups, and general outdoor labor 
•  Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely 
•  Supporting job site organization and cleanup 
•  Working with a team to complete daily assignments 

Schedule

•  Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM 
•  Additional hours available during peak season 
•  Year-round work may be available based on workload 

Pay & Benefits

•  $18/hour (entry-level) 
•  Up to $23/hour (based on experience)

Requirements

•  Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting, walking, standing, and performing outdoor physical work throughout the shift 
•  Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions 
•  Reliable and able to consistently report to a 7:30 AM start time 
•  Willingness to learn and follow direction 
•  Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience is helpful, but not required 
•  Valid driver’s license preferred
