Green Scapes Landscape Construction, based in Lititz, PA, is a trusted leader in landscape construction and maintenance. We are looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our crews on high-quality residential and commercial projects. If you’re a hands-on leader with a passion for building and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a crew on landscape installation and maintenance projects.
Manage daily tasks including planting, sod/seed installation, pruning, mulching, mowing, hardscaping, excavation and seasonal cleanups.
Oversee installation of landscape, irrigation, and hardscape projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to Green Scapes’ standards of quality.
Operate and maintain landscape equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, mini excavators etc.).
Train, motivate, and evaluate crew members.
Communicate effectively with project managers and clients.
Maintain safe and organized job sites.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a landscape foreman or crew leader.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of landscape practices, plants, and equipment.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL a plus).
Ability to read and interpret site plans and work orders.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
