TOLL LANDSCAPE, a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, seeks a Customer Care Coordinator to support the branch in Westborough, Massachusetts.

What is the opportunity?

This position is on-site 5 days per week.

The Landscape Customer Care Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding landscape and hardscape warranty and customer care matters. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional post-installation customer experience through prompt communication, issue resolution, warranty administration, and coordination with internal teams and trade partners. The Coordinator will build positive homeowner relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction.

What are the primary responsibilities?

• Serve as the primary liaison between homeowners and the Landscape team throughout the warranty period.

• Receive, document, prioritize, and respond to homeowner inquiries, warranty requests, and service concerns.

• Manage the intake, triage, assignment, and follow-up of all customer care requests to ensure timely resolution.

• Conduct landscape and hardscape warranty inspections and complete detailed assessments of reported issues.

• Coordinate service appointments with homeowners, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Track, maintain, and update warranty and customer care records using company systems and reporting tools.

• Verify completion of warranty repairs and obtain homeowner acceptance and signoff upon completion.

• Perform pre-delivery landscape inspections to verify quality standards prior to homeowner orientation.

• Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to management to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain a working knowledge of landscape installations, irrigation systems, plant material, and hardscape features.

• Perform basic warranty-related landscape repairs and adjustments when appropriate.

• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Do you have these qualifications?

• Essential:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Preferred:

• Experience in landscape construction, hardscape, homebuilding, or warranty services.

• 1 - 3 years of Customer Service Experience

The salary for this position is $28.01 - $37.14 per hour
