The Crew Leader role is a hands-on position which allows full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field. Crew Leaders are also responsible for preparing equipment, directing, and developing.

Requirements
1-2 years of professional landscape installation experience Experience with skid steer operation and other landscape-related equipment preferred Supervisory experience and leadership skills required for Crew Leader position Chauffeurs license or the ability to obtain one required for Crew Leader position Strong problem-solving skills Desire and ability to work with a team to accomplish goals Desire to grow and improve Well-developed time management skills Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period
