Position Summary
The Enhancement Manager is responsible for insuring, the success of Enhancement Sales, Budget Control, Client Relations, Quality Control and Safety Procedures.
Work Schedule
6:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
Weekends as needed
Responsibilities
Prepare client estimates and support Account Managers with estimating needs.
Receive approved projects and begin the project setup process.
Create schedules for approved work and add pending work required for specific dates.
Update NetSuite with all approved enhancements.
Provide clients with timely schedule updates.
Communicate job hours and expectations to the Field Manager.
Meet or exceed labor budget goals.
Purchase approved materials for all projects.
Track project installations and report warranty items.
Consult with the Production Manager and Account Manager to improve quality and efficiency.
Train and develop team members.
Train crew leads and crew members on new equipment and processes.
Promote safety practices
Qualifications
Must maintain a current valid state driver's license
3+ years of experience as an Enhancement Manager or 2 years as an Account Manager
Experience managing Enhancement accounts
Industry experience in related field preferred
Computer proficiency
Excellent customer service skills
