Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage landscaping crews to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment and ensure all tools are in safe and working condition.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and environmental standards.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in landscaping or horticulture, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of landscape design, installation, and maintenance practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
• Certification in landscaping or related field is a plus.
