Schedule:- Full-Time: Monday–Friday
- Occasional evenings and weekends based on seasonal needs and weather
- Participation in snow operations (may require off-hours work)
Summary:- Lead and perform landscape maintenance and outdoor project work
- Supervise crew members while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
- Operate tools and equipment while assisting with site work
- Maintain productivity, organization, and job site performance
Responsibilities:- Perform landscaping, maintenance, and outdoor tasks as assigned
- Coordinate with management to plan job scope, materials, and equipment
- Supervise, train, and motivate 2–3 crew members
- Load trucks, haul materials, and operate landscape equipment and machinery
- Maintain a clean and safe job site; secure tools and equipment daily
- Track job progress, time, and materials while ensuring accuracy
- Communicate daily job status and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow all safety procedures and report incidents as required
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Participate in snow removal operations when required
- Perform additional duties including light equipment maintenance and inventory tracking
Requirements:- Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one prior to employment)
- Previous landscaping or maintenance experience required
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in landscaping
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and first aid practices
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
Work Environment:- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, and cold
- Exposure to loud noise and moving mechanical equipment
- Physically demanding role requiring strength, stamina, and coordination
