Summary:
Perform landscape and hardscape installations
Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Maintain organized and safe job sites
Assist with small crew management as needed
Deliver high-quality workmanship consistently
Responsibilities:
Install stone, pavers, decks, pergolas, and plant materials
Read blueprints, understand grading, and set elevations accurately
Operate tools and equipment (cut-off saw, laser level, skid-steer, mini excavator, plate compactor)
Maintain job site organization and cleanliness
Assist with managing small crews (2–5 people)
Bring portfolio to interview for review
Requirements:Desired Work Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of landscaping/hardscape installation experience
Experience with stone, pavers, decks, pergolas, grading, and elevations
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Special Certifications Needed:
Valid driver’s license with 2 points or less
Additional Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
Reliable, responsible, and professional
Good attitude, work ethic, and trustworthiness
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
