Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience and skills)

Summary:

• Lead and manage landscaping and hardscape crews
• Perform high-quality installations of stone, pavers, decks, pergolas, and plant materials
• Oversee job sites for safety, organization, and efficiency
• Communicate professionally with customers and crew

Responsibilities:

• Organize and schedule crew work efficiently
• Ensure accurate and high-quality installations
• Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and safety
• Read blueprints and understand grading and elevations
• Manage irrigation and drainage projects
• Develop and mentor crew members

Requirements:Desired Work Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of landscaping/hardscape installation experience
• Experience with stone, pavers, decks, pergolas, irrigation, and drainage

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Special Certifications Needed:

• Valid driver’s license required

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Strong leadership, organizational, and scheduling skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable, responsible, and professional
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Portfolio of past projects required for interview
