The Cutting Edge Landscaping is a growing landscaping company based in Sparta, NJ. We specialize in landscape installation, planting, and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients. As we continue to expand, we are building a dedicated planting crew.

Position Overview
We are hiring Landscape Installation Crew Members to support planting and landscape installation projects. This is a hands-on role working with trees, shrubs, and outdoor materials, and is a great opportunity to grow with a company that is expanding.


What You Will Be Doing

• Planting trees, shrubs, and landscaping materials 
• Assisting with landscape installation projects 
• Supporting job site setup, organization, and cleanup 
• Working alongside crew leads to complete projects efficiently 
• Following safe and efficient work practices 

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM 
• Additional hours available during peak season 

Pay & Benefits

• $18/hour (entry-level) 
• $23+/hour (based on experience) 
• Higher pay available for candidates with strong planting knowledge or prior landscape installation experience

Requirements

• Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting, walking, standing, and performing outdoor physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Willingness to learn and follow direction 
• Landscaping or planting experience preferred (for at least one position) 
• Valid driver’s license preferred
