Responsibilities:- Perform general landscape labor including planting, mulching, weeding, trimming, and cleanup
- Operate and drive company vehicles and trailers to and from job sites safely
- Mow, edge, and maintain lawns and landscape beds to company standards
- Load and unload landscaping materials, tools, and equipment
- Follow crew leader instructions and maintain a safe, efficient worksite
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are kept clean and in good working condition
Requirements:- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Ability to operate trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment safely
- Must be able to work outdoors in hot Arizona weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of landscape plants, tools, and maintenance techniques a plus
