Pay & Overtime

Job Responsibilities
- Spread mulch and perform general landscape labor
- Load/unload materials and tools
- Assist crew members with daily site tasks
- Work outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Able to work 10-hour days outdoors
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical labor
- Reliable transportation to the shop in Chagrin Falls
- Must bring lunch daily
- Landscape labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required
