Trnsprt&subsist will be reimbrsd(by check in 1st wrkwk)fr cost frm place which wrkr has come to wrk fr emplyr,whether in US/abroad,to place of emplymtWill reimburse theH-2B wrkr in first wrkwk fr all visa,visa prcssng,border crssng&other rltd fees,incl those mandtd by gvt,incurred by theH-2B wrkr(not incl passprt).
Upon cmpltn of wrk contrct/where wrkr is dismissed earlier,emplyr will provide/pay fr wrkrs rsnbl costs of return trnsprt&subsist back home/place wrkr originally departed to wrk,except where wrkr will not return due to subseq emplymt with anthr emplyr.
3/4sGuarntee:The wrkr will be offered ttl # of wrk hrs=to at least 3/4wrkdays of each12-wk prd.
Tools,Equip&Supplies:All wrk will be done with emplyr prvdd tools,supplies & equip without charge/dpst.
Misc: Any wrkr who vlntrly abandns emplymt is not entitled to pymt fr outbnd trnsprt/full 3/4Guarntee.
