$125 - $150 per day
Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday through Friday  | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Overtime and weekend work available as needed.  

Job Description

A growing South Florida commercial and residential landscaping company is seeking motivated and dependable Landscape Laborers to join our team. This is a hands-on, outdoor position responsible for maintaining the appearance of commercial and residential properties through mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance.

Successful candidates enjoy working outdoors, are safety-conscious, and have experience operating landscaping equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

·         Perform routine landscape maintenance on commercial and residential properties.

·         Cut grass using commercial-grade lawn mowers.

·         Trim and edge lawns, sidewalks, driveways, and landscape beds.

·         Operate landscaping equipment, including:

o    Commercial lawn mowers

o    Weed eaters

o    Blowers

o    Hedge trimmers

o    Chainsaws

o    Skid steers (preferred)

·         Remove weeds, debris, leaves, and other landscape waste.

·         Load and unload landscaping equipment and materials.

·         Plant shrubs, flowers, sod, and other landscaping materials as needed.

·         Assist with general lawn care and property beautification.

·         Follow all company safety policies and proper equipment operating procedures.

·         Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas.

·         Work efficiently as part of a landscaping crew to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications

·         Previous commercial or residential landscaping experience preferred.

·         Experience operating landscaping equipment.

·         Valid Driver's License required.

·         Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

·         Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

·         Reliable transportation to report to the company's yard in Doral each morning.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
