About the Role:
Join Master Outdoor Solutions as a Landscape / Lawn Foreman and lead our dedicated team in creating stunning outdoor spaces. Based in Carver, MN, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional landscaping solutions that enhance the beauty and functionality of our client's properties.



Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily landscaping / lawn  operations and manage crew activities.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and preferences.
• Train and mentor team members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures.
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure proper usage.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion.
• Implement best practices for sustainable landscaping and lawn maintnenance.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and lawn care techniques.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
