• Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew on daily job sites throughout the Apache Junction area
• Perform and oversee maintenance, mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Ensure proper pruning, weeding, and plant care across commercial properties
• Maintain and inspect equipment, reporting any mechanical issues to management
• Communicate job site progress, crew performance, and client concerns to supervisors
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards on every job

• 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of desert landscaping, native plants, and Arizona climate conditions
• Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pull trailers preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and physically demanding conditions

Pay starts at $19.00 an hour, but will be determined based off your experience.
