LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CREW LEAD

Job Description:

Arcadia Landscape is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead to oversee daily maintenance routes across residential and commercial properties in the Tucson area. This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead by example and take pride in consistent, quality work.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a small crew on scheduled landscape maintenance routes
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general upkeep
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Communicate with team members and occasionally with customers
• Operate and drive company vehicles as needed

What You Bring:

• At least 6 months of landscape maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lead, stay organized, and keep crews on schedule
• Dependable, reliable, and strong work ethic

Pay: $15.50 – $17.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time
