Position Details

• Role: Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader & Crew
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:45 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary seasonally)

Responsibilities:

• Perform pruning, weeding, edging, trimming, and mowing
• Handle mulching and general property maintenance
• Operate mowers, trimmers, tractors, trailers, and small equipment
• Ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time management and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a cell phone
• Valid driver's license (Required)
