Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform various landscape maintenance tasks, including trimming, edging, planting, fertilizing, and mulching.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools properly.
• Identify and treat plant diseases, pests, and other issues.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Work effectively in a team to achieve common goals and meet project deadlines.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

FINAL COMPENSATION AMOUNT WILL BE BASED OFF OF LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE 

Requirements:

• Prior experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of various plant species, pest control methods, and landscaping techniques.
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Strong physical endurance and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check
