Bauman Landscape and Construction is hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead field crews and ensure high-quality landscape maintenance across our commercial and residential projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can supervise a crew, manage daily operations, and maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and workmanship.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew
• Assign daily tasks and manage work schedules
• Perform and oversee planting, trimming, irrigation, turf care, and hardscape maintenance
•  Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Enforce safety standards and company procedures
• Communicate with clients and address service needs professionally
• Train and mentor crew members
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of landscaping experience
• At least 1 year of crew leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and irrigation systems
• Ability to manage crews and maintain productivity
• Clear communication skills and professional customer interaction
• Valid driver's license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
